    4. Product Technical Features

    4.1 The whole membrane structure with automatic folding aluminum foil.
    4.2 Biodegradable and high dielectric impregnant with insulation oil (non-PCB). 
    4.3 The shell could be insulation and non-insulation for options.

    5. Main Technical Performance:

    5.1 Product Standard: GB/T3984.1-2004/IEC60110-1:1998
    5.2 High dielectric strength:2* AC(or 4* DC) lasting 10 sec.
    5.3 Breakdown test to shell withstanding 2.5* AC(at least 2000V) lasting 10 sec.
    5.4Tolerance Range of Capacitance:less than -5%~+10% of the rated value.
    5.5 Capacitor loss tangent value(tgδ)is less than 0.0008 under rated voltage AC.
    5.6 Cooling pipe seal test: air pressure 1Mpa lasting 2 min.

    7. Maintenance of Capacitor:

    7.1 If you need to service capacitor after switch off, you must discharge the capacitor first in order to 
    prevent damage caused by the residual voltage. 
    7.2 Water freezing in the cooling pipe will lead to damage of capacitor.So when the temperature is under 0 ℃, you should take relevant measures to prevent water frozen. 
    7.3 Clean the capacitor’s porcelain insulator regularly to prevent the leakage or short circuiting.
    7.4 The nut will become loosen because of heat expanding and cold contracting.So check the nut to see 
    whether tightened after downtime everytime.
    7.5 Porcelain insulator should be kept intact and cannot be used for transportion purpose.
