High Current Capacitor
High-current Capacitors for Induction Power system
We specialize in capacitors that provide simple and reliable reactive power to improve induction heating power system performance, quality and efficiency. Flair capacitor are designed and manufactured using all-film dielectric units impregnated with biodegradable dielectric liquid. The capacitor is featured to handle a great amount of high RMS current, no overheat for capacitors. Over the years, We peruse technology on high current, low inductance and Low ESR capacitor to meet the marketing.
Except for the induction heating melting power system, a great many industries require power capacitors for increased capacity, stability and power quality, including applications for power generation, transmission and distribution, as well as power consumers in oil and gas and infrastructure. we focus on capacitors that provide simple and reliable reactive power to improve induction heating power system performance, quality and efficiency. FAQ
Q1. What is water quality requirement for water-cooled Capacitor?
Pure water Ph value 6~7.
Q2. What is the standard of flair capacitor?
Our capacitor compliance with IEC60110-1& IEC60871
Q3. What is the production capacity?
3000 units/month
Q4: What is the installation ?
- Monitor Water Cooling: Regularly check the water inlet pressure, temperature, and flow rate. Ensure the cooling water is deionized/distilled to prevent mineral scaling inside the copper tubes.
- Electrical Inspection: Periodically torque the connection busbars to prevent localized overheating from high RF currents. Check for case bulging or oil leaks.
- Dielectric Testing: Regularly measure capacitance values and insulation resistance to detect early dielectric degradation before catastrophic failure occurs.
