The capacitors offer a capacitance range of 220μF to 8000μF (with a ±10% tolerance) and a rated voltage range spanning from 800VDC to 2000VDC.
By effectively mitigating voltage ripples and smoothing the DC link voltage, they prevent the IGBT (Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor) from encountering destructive overvoltage and overshoot conditions.
The capacitors undergo strict testing, including a terminal-to-terminal test voltage of 1.5Un DC for 10 seconds, and a terminal-to-case test voltage of 4kVac at 50Hz for 1 minute.
The stray inductance (Ls) is kept very low, ranging from 28nH to 40nH depending on the specific model and design configuration.
