Our Unforgettable Pickleball Team-Building Adventure

To welcome the new batch of our employees, the company organized an energetic Pickleball Team-Building Event, giving everyone a chance to trade spreadsheets for paddles and light up each other with enthusiasm, helping new employee to break boundaries. The most interesting part of this event is that this is the first time for many people to play pickleball. So we call it our team-building adventure. Pickleball, the world's fastest-growing social sport, is all about strategy, agility, and—most importantly—seamless teamwork.

It is really amazing to try playing pickleball. A bit like ping-pong, a bit like badminton, a bit like tennis but none of them, similar yet different make it easy but challenging. We quickly switch from a tense working atmosphere to a completely relaxed back-and-forth bat. Every sharp strike of the ball resonated with high energy and focus. This is really a wonderful sport to relieve work pressure and get new employees to integrate into the team quickly. We laughed, we competed, and we grew closer. Stepping off the court, we return to our work with stronger bonds, ready to tackle upcoming tasks, meanwhile being a loving team!
