Power factor correction Shunt Capacitor

Flair provide solutions for power factor control and filtering. Flair’s PFC capacitors are offering capacitor banks with protecion device of Over-heat, overcurrent, overpressure.
The capacitors are designed with multiple elements connected to be single phase or three phase.  
Shunt capacitors mainly used for compensation for reactive power in power systems to increase the power factor, so as to improve the power quality. While the filter capacitors are used for filtering out the corresponding frequency harmonics in the power systems.

    Flair Shunt capacitor design features

    1.Dielectric: Metalized film 
    2.Filling Material: heat convertible resin
    3.Safety protection device: each elements are mouting safety protection device to protect capacitor from explosion or short-circuit failures. So as to guarantee the failure elements being separated with circuits. 
    4.Buit-in discharge resistor available
    5.Package: stainless steel shell, hermetically sealed
    6.Frequency 50Hz
    7.1mm galvanized stainless steel shell with good heat dissipation effect
    8.Sufficient space between elements, benficial for heat dissipation and lower internal temperature;
    9.Internal fuse available 
    10.Internal copper busbar connection(low current density,low contact resistance,low loss )
    11.Fixed connection discharge resistor (Decrease the voltage below 75V after power cut-off within 3 minutes, upon request)
    12.Enviroment temperature: -20C~+50 C
    13.Altitude: below 2000m
